OUJMART – Shipping Policy

Welcome to OUJMART! We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Free Shipping

  • We are proud to offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders across the UAE.

  • There is no minimum order value required to avail of free delivery.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • To ensure a secure shopping experience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.

  • You only pay when the package is delivered to your doorstep.

  • Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid any delays.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order.

  • Delivery Time: Once processed, your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days anywhere in the UAE.

  • Note: Delivery to remote or non-service areas might take an additional 1–2 days.

4. Order Confirmation & Verification

  • Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery model, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call to confirm your delivery address and order details before dispatching the shipment.

  • Orders with unverified phone numbers or incomplete addresses may be delayed or cancelled.

5. Delivery Attempts & Contact

  • Our courier partner will contact you via SMS or call on the day of delivery to coordinate the best time.

  • If you miss the first delivery attempt, the courier will try to contact you again the following business day. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled and returned to our warehouse.

6. Changing Delivery Address

  • If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at oujmart@gmail.com. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery details.
